Getting Started with VTUMAX

Learn how to install, activate, and explore the VTUMAX dashboard to start managing your fintech platform efficiently.

1. Download the VTUMAX Plugin

Before starting, ensure you’ve already installed WordPress on your website. Then, download the VTUMAX plugin from your VTUMAX dashboard or official source. The plugin will come as a ZIP file — usually named vtumax_plus.zip.

2. Install the Plugin

Follow these steps to install the plugin on your WordPress site:

  • Log in to your WordPress admin dashboard
  • Go to Plugins > Add New
  • Click on the Upload Plugin button at the top
  • Select the vtumax_plus.zip file from your computer
  • Click Install Now

3. Activate the Plugin

Once the installation is complete, click the Activate Plugin button. VTUMAX will now be live on your website.

4. Update Permalink Settings

VTUMAX requires clean URLs for proper routing. Update your permalink settings by following these steps:

  • Go to Settings > Permalinks
  • Select the Post Name structure
  • Click Save Changes

5. Access the VTUMAX Dashboard

After activation, you’ll notice a new menu item labeled VTUMAX in your admin sidebar. Click it to access the main dashboard, where you’ll manage everything related to your VTUMAX system.

6. Dashboard Overview

The VTUMAX dashboard gives you a quick overview of your platform, including:

  • Total registered users
  • Basic transaction analytics
  • Quick links to important actions and settings

7. Navigating the VTUMAX Menu

Hover over the VTUMAX menu to reveal additional tabs for deeper management of your system. Some of the key sections include:

  • Analytics: View airtime and data sales, trade volume, and profit trends.
  • Transactions: Monitor, approve, or reject user transactions in real time.
  • Services: Manage available VTU services and pricing plans.
  • API & Wallet: Control API access and user wallet balances.
  • Users & Roles: Assign permissions and access levels across user types.

8. Using the Analytics Panel

In the Analytics section, you’ll find a breakdown of:

  • Total airtime and data purchases
  • Volume of trades completed
  • Profit earned over time

You can filter the data by date, view performance charts, and download reports to evaluate platform performance.

9. Customize and Explore

VTUMAX is designed to be flexible and admin-friendly. Continue exploring the other menu options to configure services, set up manual funding options, manage API keys, or adjust user access roles.
